I love tomato soup! This one is low fat and low glycemic. A perfect meal!!
3 large tomatoes, quartered
1C sprouts (clover, alfalfa, or sunflower work best. Use radish or other "zesty" sprout for an extra kick)
1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
1C fresh basil
Blend all and enjoy. You may want to add a bit of water for your preferred consistency. Add water slowly, about a quarter cup at a time, so as to prevent making it too watery.
