1 frozen banana, sliced
1c frozen cherries
1/4c cacoa powder
1/4c cacao nibs
water to thin (1/2 to 1 cup)
sweetner to taste (optional)
blend all ingredients except cacao nibs in blender until smoothe. Add cacao nibs and blend briefly to incorporate. Amount of water used will depend on desired thickness and blender quality. If neccessary add more water and refreeze to get desired consistency. For a stronger cherry flavor blend additional fresh or frozen cherries in along with cacao nibs.
